Taurat Hossain (he/him) is a New York based Photographer, working primarily in fashion and commercial editorial.

Experienced in both in-studio as well as on-location portraiture, documentary stories and long-form editorial, his work has appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Lucy’s Magazine, Harper’s Bazaar, Insider, Architectural Digest, Documented, VOX, The Atlantic, Anadolu Ajensi as well as various fashion publications.

His work was featured in The Washington Post’s Best Styles Photos of 2024. He was also commissioned to photograph the signature imagery for Bloomberg Originals, television show, Bullish.

He also completed the writing of a Sit-Com called The Morning Huddle.

Additionally, as a freelance Producer, Taurat has successfully produced events and shows for many upcoming NYC talent (artists, bands, theatre productions, private exhibits, and comedian) and has been featured on TimeOut NY, and TeenVogue as Producer.
